Welcome to Chambre d'Hôtes Le Phénix, a traditional Norman villa surrounded by greenery.
The three rooms have been renovated and furnished with taste, each of them has a private bathroom.
Every room has a peculiar style, Italian ambiance, romantic French, and ethnic.
Our house is located in Saint Martin du Vivier, just 10 minutes drive from the center of Rouen.
Our central location will give you the opportunity to visit the Seine valley and Upper Normandy without having to change accommodation every day.
We offer Italian dinners on request.

The hosts were very welcoming, we had a very enjoyable evening meal with them and 2 other guests. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom was superb with a lovely shower.

Furnished with family furniture. The paintings reflect the beauty of Rome and the Tuscan countryside. The sewing machine, basin, jug and bidet date back to the early twentieth century.
The private bathroom, in retro style, is directly accessible from the bedroom and has a toilet, sink, shower and bidet.

We left Rome in Italy to fulfill our dreams: to live in an old villa in northern France, where you can host tourists from all over the world. We have travelled extensively and with our experience we believe that we can offer a high quality reception service, with charming rooms, spacious common areas useful for planning your trips and a large garden full of plants where you can relax and sunbathe.
