The Table d'Hôtes is sharing our dinner with guests, everyone eats the same dishes sitting together at the same table.
The following recipes are examples of what we could serve and are therefore not a menu to order from.

La Cucina Italiana

As Italians we understand that our cuisine is one of the most appreciated in the world. As a result, we prefer cooking what we know best, rather than offering French cuisine. We have selected tasty recipes from all over Italy including many from Lazio, our home region.
Of course, being situated in France we use the best locally available ingredients in all of our recipes.
All the dishes we serve are strictly freshly cooked.

PRIMI PIATTI - Le Minestre

The ‘Minestra' is basically a soup with added rice or small pasta. It is part of the rural tradition and is usually vegetable-based but can be enriched with pork rinds, ham and bacon. The liquid is made from vegetable broth or meat broth. Usually it is consumed very hot in the coldest months of the year.

PRIMI PIATTI - La Pasta

Pasta is the queen of the dishes, present in innumerable varieties and seasonings, which delights Italian tables almost every day. It is a main dish, cooked ‘al dente’, and not an accompaniment. For Italians it is very important to choose the right type of pasta for the desired recipe.

PRIMI PIATTI - Il Riso

Risotto is a dish typical of northern Italy and involves cooking the rice with gradual addition of vegetable broth, meat broth or fish broth. There are many versions with vegetables, fish and seafood.
